The Hearth’s Young Professionals Programme is an up to two-years full-time contract-based engagement that gives young professionals an immersive and enriching experience working in the social infrastructure sector. The Hearth Advisors’ core team will train successful candidates to understand education and other social sectors better. The programme requires successful candidates to spend up to 18 months at one or more field-based projects, as immersive experiences and making significant contributions directly with our clients.

The Hearth’s Senior Professionals Programme is a full-time or part-time contract-based engagement that allows experienced professionals to make a deep and immersive contribution to the social infrastructure sector (education and health).

We are looking for dynamic, energetic interns at any stage of their university studies or who have recently graduated and are eager to learn about the social infrastructure sector, particularly education. You will be working closely with our team to understand applied research, strategic consulting, and delivering operational benefits to projects and clients. You will have the opportunity to learn and refine skills in a supportive, flexible environment.

We are looking for exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to join our India-based team as full-time members. Working with the Hearth Advisors will provide opportunities across multiple projects in education, healthcare and sustainability. The role will require you to work alongside experienced colleagues and external consultants and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients globally.
