Graduate Hires Programme

We are looking for exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to join as full-time members of our India-based team. Working with Hearth Education will provide opportunities across multiple projects in education and sustainability. The role will require you to work alongside experienced colleagues and external consultants and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients, globally. We are glad to look at newly-graduated candidates or those with work experience.

Your work as a Consultant with Hearth Education will depend on the area you are working on and the client’s needs. Your general responsibilities will require you to:

• Engage with the client to understand the areas of development/scope of work
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to deliver high-quality advice and recommendations
• Analyse data, industry information and Hearth perspectives to define the problem concisely and hypothesise proposed solutions
• Evaluate possible solutions internally using quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Synthesise the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
• Develop plans to implement the recommended changes
• Work with the client to operationalise the agreed solutions
• Assist the team in producing high-quality deliverables and recommendations
• Assist the development of new products and services, such as bespoke curriculum, training workshops, etc.
• Support internal workstreams, such as marketing, production of thought papers, project management, business planning, etc.

The essential qualifications we look for are:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a leading institution
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience
• Deep interest in or exposure to the organisation’s core areas of work
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
• Strong core consulting skills in research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team
• Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
• Ability to grasp new concepts and excel in a challenging environment
• Authorisation to work in India
